Focusing on High-Stakes Business Disputes.

Dov Preminger

Dov Preminger focuses on high-stakes business disputes. Before founding Preminger PLLC, Dov worked as a litigator for Norton Rose Fulbright, one of the largest law firms in the world. Dov has represented Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of commercial cases including contract disputes, energy-sector cases, technology, medical, and biotechnology litigation, class actions, antitrust, and catastrophic personal injury cases. Dov has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitration.

In an age where trial experience is scarce, Dov has first-chaired jury trials and played a leading role in over a dozen full trials and arbitrations. Unlike most lawyers, Dov knows how to try a case and win. This gives Dov and his clients the confidence to see a case all the way through, and not to settle for less than a case is worth.

Before he began practicing law, Dov served as a judicial law clerk for federal trial judge Alfred H. Bennett in Houston. Working behind the scenes and learning how judges and juries really make decisions gives Dov invaluable insights into the judicial process that he shares with his clients.

Dov has done significant pro bono work in the legal community, including representing an inmate in a death row appeal and helping those who cannot afford a lawyer in contract and landlord-tenant disputes.

Dov graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Law Review, the Moot Court team, and as research assistant to Dean Peter B. Rutledge.

Dov is also a published author under his pen name, Dave Gerard. His first novel, a legal thriller called The Law of the Sea, debuted in summer 2021 to stellar reviews. The novel can be purchased in paperback and eBook form on Amazon. Understanding the art of writing and storytelling complements Dov’s legal practice, which ultimately comes down to telling the story of a case.
